What is a Construction Programme?
Construction programme is a document which shows how construction works are planned, and also the document is regularly updated to follow changes and progress.
How we work?
We first arrange a meeting with the client, analyse their project and understand their needs. Then we provide a quotation for our services.
After client’s acceptance, we start preparation of construction programme and send it for client review. Following the Client review, we submit the programme to the Employer and manage it regularly with the updates.

We use ASTA Powerproject and Primavera P6 for our projects. For some smaller sized projects, we use MS Project.
